It looks like you shot in full sun, which has always been a challenge for me. If you get a chance, try shooting one of these flowers on an overcast day to see if you can keep the detail without losing any color richness. (I can't seem to follow my own advice, I'll see if I can find one to post that shows the problems I've encountered.) I look forward to seeing more of your work (except for that dog bone...yikes!!)
