Hello Salem!
My camera was set at 1/500 at f5.6. I used the SB800 in manual mode set at 1/8th power on one side and a reflector on the other side.

Thank you so much Roland for spending time looking at my picture. You really need a lot of patience for this one. Just breaking the glass of the bulb without cutting the filament inside is a challenge. Getting the right amount of smoke is another one. But seeing the final result is all worthwile!
