~the view is beautiful, what a scene and incredible hues of color, although constructively, there is a halo along the top of the mountain in the background, I'd suggest using the clone tool to remove the halo...

~I/eye like what you went after here, it's a visually appealing construction...constructively IMHO it's a wee bit tight up top, if this is a crop and not full frame I'd suggest opening up the frame a bit up top~

~I like what you went after here although, constructively, I believe the frame would benefit from some help exposure-wise. I'd suggest bracketing when shootin, all the time. Here the frame appears a bit flat and dark. Using the shadow/highlight feature in CS2 would help the presentation. Also, the in-cmera composition seems a bit heavy up top. I do like the leading line of the road, it helps to carry my eye and interesting deep into the frame~

~Pablo, I appreciate the commentary as I am new here and will continue to post street portraiture and social documentary style work which I hope to receive feedback on...I am working on selctions for a book on street portraiture and a few exhibits next year and wouuld appreciate any all feedback/reactions/critique...The focal point here are the eyes, and I composed this as such in teh camera, it's not a crop, to emphasize the eyes, bring the viewer right to them, and the hat was not needed, IMHO, as much as the centering the eyes for the viewer!~
