I have found it- a 90degree clockwise inverted nude upper body half- strange- was thinking of it as an aerial shot of crop patterns.

Very aesthetic!! An immersive 3D effect from the shadows contrasted by the lines. The temporal contrast adds a cognitive perspective. Cheers.
