The red/orange toning really works here. It almost looks like it was shot through a red/orange filter. Good PS work. One last note, I think it is slightly tilted -- when I look at the waterline it seems to slope downward to the right.

thanks steve for the comment. im kinda getting my feet wet with photoshop and when i applied the redness to the pic i was like YES this is how i felt 9/11.
