Basic photoshop tools. Just crop some frames, create a new layer for each frame, and set the layers over the main image, then start to erase the parts in image that stay out of the frames. This are the basic steps.
If you need more help, try youtube.com and search some tutorials there for photoshop or mail me if you like!

It isn´t so hard to do if you know basics of Photoshop Cs. Try to visit youtube.com and look for tutorials of Photoshop or Corel Painshop.
