This is a good shot. I'm not sure it is necessary to draw attention to the girl by her being colored. I think the composition does this automatically. I also think it would fit the title and have more impact if she were looking toward the city rather than the viewer. The line of the wall would pull you from bottom right, towards girl and her looking at the city would pull your eye in that direction to finish viewing the photo. This is of course my humble opinion. Nice lighting and point of view.

Good photojournalistic composition. The image may be enhanced further if you have lowered your angle. But, as it is, it is already nice.
