I agree with Christopher - choose all color or B&W. The shirt is now a distraction, pulling the viewer's eyes away from the subject of the portrait.

I would like to know you got this effect,, it is very very attractive but please supply more information,, most of us here are trying to learn,, so please share information with us,,,
I have rated this reasonably high because of the emotional appeal that it has for me,, and the composition and the lighting is wonderful,, it's almost 3D on my monitor, the background trees with their different light and DOF focus give this illusion,
