Welcome Charles with this very impressive first submission. Without reading the title, your photo poses many questions to the viewer. Is she looking at him? Is he angry at her? A very simple but interesting life story.
I like the lighting, the grey scales and the framing.
The dof was very well choosen and adds meaning to the photo versus title.
A life story, no doubt.

Nice documentary photograph... Almost a pity it's in B&W, because I assume this scene looked rather rich and colorful. Still, it does look good in B&W as well.
