Thanks for your comments, Bob. Ptosis is a condition of droopy eyelids which can cause loss of vision or other problems. In my case my vision was not affected but the eyelashes were growing inward causing scratching of the cornea. Not good. The swelling has gotten a little worse today. Perhaps I post a later photo later on.

I would have cropped *because* of the shirt :-) Take away that and the chair, get closer to your face and I think you'd have a nice portrait here.

Maine Coon if I didn't know better. Had one myself. Lived 13 wonderful years and was a great companion. As for your image, well light, sharp focus. I'm not fond of the background, but with cats we get what they give us. I'm also not fond of the colorized B&W, but again that is my opinion. Cheers! Jim

This color/mono treatment works pretty well for you in this image. maybe not quite so much environment is required, meaning a closer crop would do it better for me. Nice job!
