Barry, a supurb composition of a pristine subject. Photos amongst trees make can really make impressive compositions, and this is no exception. I really like the DOF, the complementing colours, and the mist in the background. Technically, and artistically a supurb shot - well done.

Thanks Paul. Frankly I'm not sure if it's underexposed or just the late afternoon light. I'll play with it though in PS and see what I can do.

I'd guess this is a tad underexposed, which can be corrected with adjusting levels in Photoshop, but wow, this is gorgeous!

Well, sunrise/sunset pictures are a dime a dozen, but this one is still outstanding. The patterns of the clouds form an abstract with gorgeous colors, too.

This is wonderful, I love trees, but especially, old,gnarled,broken etc. Took a lot in Canads, that perhaps only I will think are great.
Thank you for the comment on Cascade. I do so agree about the tilt, I am trying very hard to get it right, but I have a lot of trouble. Do not think I will be able to correct at 'taking level' so will try and sort it out at PS level.
