the slow shutter effect is very nice,but in my opinion the photo would benefit from a tighter cropping to leave some black space out.
i shoot similar pictures myself,but since i'm also the driver i never drink ;-)

You have an exceptional eye for interesting and intriguing observations.
Well observed and captured scene. Once, I have read in our local
daily newspaper about these Italian wines with labels of the past "furerhs".
