U have a great eye.. I have seen a lot of Purple coots since I started bird watching.. but I didn't catch such a nice composition... Great work..

Your capture has humor. It looks like a large cannibal bird captures its meal like an alligator.
I like it, (not cannibalism but the capture :-)

This kingfisher is indeed remarkable, is davero a nice "catch".
composition "in the third, and the cut makes a good justice to the photo and the representation!
I personally find perhaps slightly "softer" the treatment of the subject and this can be remedied with a slight Mask of contrast.
Furthermore, the video tends to "flatten" the result!
I have attached a personal solution, but the result you can have in session, just set the camera.. :)
