Even with the crop too close to the lips, I still like the shot. Great use of noise for effect, and I like the lighting (got to admit I'm a fan of the darker b&w style.)
perhaps a touch more cropping on the left, though..referring to the top left corner, I personally would crop it about half way between the far left, and where it starts to get lighter tones. Just my opinion, though. Overall an effective piece.
