Hey Slava  First of all I think this picture should be taken with a bit less on top - no, no cropped in your computer - taken correctly! Now, the top looks really heavy in contrary to the bottom.. where there's nothing that would prevent water from "leaking" at the bottom left. The bunch of people to the left is also not needed (to me), I'm not sure what kind of context you tried to catch taking those guys too.. You got a really good subject of the sitting man, his shadow in the water and the contruction - only balaned it better - somewhat anchored by the shade at the bottom and a bit less on the top.
