Great shot, there is also a website called astronomy picture of the day which frequently posts meteorological phenomenon in addition to typical astronomy pictures, they might be interested as well.

No, I didn't carve this, I think I would get too frustrated and hungry before the project was over. It is actually a picture from my honeymoon, a Royal Caribbean cruise, it was one of many spectacular displays on the midnight chocolate buffet.

Thanks for the comments everyone, in response to Christopher, I almost called it "15 seconds gone" and it is about 1 degree off, but I have since fixed it on my home copy. thanks for the advice!
Also, the blue dots are the second hand in case anyone was confused.

It definitely looks better like that, the tank has a full spectrum lap in it, so that must be what through off the tones. It does look better with the green showing more this way - thanks Court
