well if you ave a zoom lense it is easy. use a slow shutter speed and when the shutter is open use the zoom!

thank you for your comment. I can see what you mean, I have taken some with her looking at the camera, but this image is one of a variety I wish to submit to the RPS, and I was looking for some variety, as almost all of the others are looking at the camera.
