Yes Sarah. I took it will she was having her bath with the bathroom light on. No flash was used. The BW conversion was done in Photoshop. Glad you like it.

Hey Roger. I used bounce flash though to be honest I have never really figured out why you can freeze stuff at 1/60 using flash?

Thanks John! It was handheld. No time to set this one up as it was in this position for a few secons and I never saw it again.

Rajendra:

I spotted it by chance while out walking. I took 5 shots in the space of 10 minutes. I had to manual focus with this lens and the leaf was moving about in the wind. I had limited time as my wife was WAITING for me. She thinks it was worth the wait though!

Hi Barry
Actually, there is no misalignment of layers here though it does seem that way. The sky really did look that way!

Regards

Martin.

Thanks Lea for your comments. As for cropping I'm not sure you are seeing the same image as me? The sphere is not centred the way it is. To crop some from the right hand side would make the sphere MORE centred.

Martin.

Thanks John. This was the best I could get from using the PS7 channel mixer. Is your monitor calibrated?

Interesting effect. Thanks for trying something new woth my photo. For me though it didn't improve on the original though it does look ok in B/W. The colours are important to make it work I think? I'm not sure about such a tight crop on the bottom though? Regards, Martin Paul.

This is a good shot. The lighting is excellent. The 2 people on the right are a bit distracting though. Well done!

Interesting shot, very nice. I might have cropped it tighter at the top. It helps lead my eye from top to bottom.
