I like it. Perhaps an area to consider... the focus point seems to be behind the subject, about 3 seat handles forward. Is this intended?

I like this... quite an ethereal feeling. I think larger dimension of the border should be at the bottom of the picture to lead the eye in and give the proper balance.

Titling is not my long suit and it may be inappropriate to title another's art, however, this work evokes a feeling of foreboding in me, the black night, the alleyway, the harsh lights, a sense of the unknown...
