Hey Dave, we got views, yes we do. Tomorrow we're heading over to Rocky Mountain National Park to see what we can scare up in the way of winter wildlife. I hope to have some dazzlers later in the week. Hope it works out.

Dave: Great shot. We've been wanting to go up to Churchill but it never seems to happen. Tell me, did you take the train and would I have any use for a 500mm lens on the trip? I keep hearing conflicting opinions. One guy said take as big a lens as you can and another said 300mm was enough.

This ram was following the ewe around quite obsessively as the sheep are in rut now. We're heading up to Rocky Mountain National Park in two weeks to pursue further sheep and other winter animals.

Dave: Thanks again. We had a new travel trailer to try out so we went down to the warm country for two days. There weren't a lot of birds but it was very nice, nonetheless.
