Many thanks for the great feedback, I have to say the lens produces perfect star flares which helped! As for the trail lights, I actually chose to have the car passing through to help exaggerate the red tones in the image. Thanks again!

I like this image a lot and the use of selective toning focuses the eyes on the reason for it. It is a shame that you were unable to close the road to traffic and prevent the red trails of vehicle lights but that would have been too much to hope for. I also love the perfect 'stars' from the lampposts and the Union Jack fluttering in the breeze. I would say that you used the optimum settings on your camera to capture the poignancy of Remembrance. Poppy day is a day that is observed throughout many parts of the World and none more so than the UK and your composition captures the right emotive spirit of this evocative occasion. Well done.

I can see this photograph may have some 'noise ' on the left arm of the child because it is an an slr image BUT what can I say??It's soooo eye-catching, so tense that one think of only one thing. We don't need light and expensive equipment, we must shoot at what is interesting, right in front of us.Congratulations of capturing the moment so well!!

A lovely portrait of your daughter. You're probably right what she was thinking but hopefully she will appreciate this and other pictures you take of her when she gets older.

Excellent color, detail and overall composition. Hope you enjoyed the train ride. Usually they are very scenic in nature so you might have gotten some nice scenic shots while on the train.

Another excellent capture and about Chris. Not surprised the home didn't survive and was wondering the same thing about the beach village. In that picture it doesn't look like there is much beach in front of the hotels and other buildings of the village.

An excellent scenic postcard shot Chris. The calm water and beach village make it very inviting while the dark clouds make it a very dramatic.
