Stan - This is great. I really admire your composition and ability to use the negative sun in such a positive way. Did you have to crop much to get this result? I've been to many air shows but they never have had a flag that was this handy.

Perfect and once again perfect. The moment u have captured is not about the composition but also about great timing needed for making such image! I mean, the right moment to make a "click" and the picture is born. Wow, great point of view and perfect idea to make a combination of a national flag and an air craft...neither of these things is really privat! Both belong to the whole country, nation and USA :) Just like it really much.

This photo was made as result of thoughts about questions posted here: http://www.usefilm.com/Photo_Forum/11/1013828/
I got really intresting replies before at dpreview and shutterpoint forums.
I wanted to leave feeling of photography magic in my son's mind. In 30 sec: He pushed cable release, I highlighted his figure with flashlight, then he dis same to me, then we jumped away...
Fun, game, but also knowledge for him, and for you too now... :)
