This one is better then your first effort. THe water looks great. Pic does seem to be a bit soft but that could be your scanner or something. Great use of B&W!

Amy, you've got the shutter speed down pat to get perfect veiling of the water. This image may have been stronger compositionally if you had included more of the surroundings. Maybe back off a bit.
