Not sure about this one Ade.I think the log is a hinderance rather than a lead in and i think it is taking up too much prominance in the picture space.The scene is strong enough to stand on its own.

The log works well to lead the eye in to the bank and on to the silhouetted photographer, artificially placed or not. But what really intrigues me is the sky - looks like like someone has just splashed on some pinkish grey paint.

What I like most about this pictures is the deeps you have in it, being able to see down the valley really creates a beautiful perception. Also that log acts as an arrow to that valley, leting you want to go in that derection. Keep up the good work.
