I've been watching your photos for a while now. (Sorry I haven't commented on them before). The feel of this image matches the greatest, but I think the image quality is way below average. A pity, as this image has a lot of potential, but the JPEG artifacts are not caused by over-sharpening, but by over manipulation / editing of the photo, I believe.
Looking at your other photos, I think you can do much better than this. Even though the atmosphere, composition and colours in this image are very nice, I'd love to see the original photo, as I believe it's much, much better than the photo I see on screen.
