Hi Ciprian,
I like the tranquil feel of this photo, as well as the atmosphere created by the subdued light.
Looking at the photo more closely, the barely noticeable blur in the dinghy by the gentil swell of the sea creates a nice and very subtle dynamism in this photo. Excellent use of the slow shutter!
As to the compostion, I think zooming in a bit more (if possible, or use a longer focal lenght), thus consising the view a bit could maybe create a bit more impact; then again, you would lose the feeling of wideness, but I'm not sure if that was your objective....
Good camera handling, and a great concept...
