The hair is blown out, but her face is nicely exposed, Zoran.

In high contrast lighting like this, it is always best to UNDERexpose your digital image by -1 or even -2 EV. Then, her hair would be properly exposed, and you could lighten the shadows in Photoshop (or PSP).
