The problem here, I think, is that the bird standing nearest to the camera is a bit out of focus. I should have used a smaller apperture for greater DoF, but the available light was too low and the birds don't stand on a single place, so a longer exposition time would have blurred them. What to do in such cases? Perhaps I should see if I can afford a faster tele.
