I did not alter anything in this image digital wise, I have posted it as it was captured, I have only added the frame, and this is how the climate was.
You should place this shot in the Critique Corner so that you can hear from others about why this is not a good example of a "Moody Landscape"... What you call climate looks murky like smog....there is nothing within the image to hold anyone's interest...to be honest,it is like looking through a dirty window...maybe you should study more photos on UF to learn more about composition...or maybe classes are offered in Doha,er Pattaya that you could attend This is an honest critique, Rah,er TP...
