About Hmmm where to start.
These were taken about a year ago by my wife after I wrecked my car.
Looks like a total but it did actually get fixed. The reason it got fixed was that I had just put a $3000 transmission into it.

Total damage: $5500 Car worth: $6500

This happened on the way home from work. Looked down for a few seconds, looked up and traffic was at a total stop.
Slammed on my breaks and just plowed the Toyota Tocma in front of me.
Luckily airbags did not blow and the other guy was fine!

These were taken using a old vivitar p&s that captures 640x480 pictures.

Ouch. Interesting documentation. Glad you walked away from this. In 1973, after working my first week ever of midnight shift, I fell asleep at the wheel of a 1965 Rambler 550 and plowed it into a concrete bridge abutment at, I'm guessing, about 30-40 mph. No collapsable column, no airbags, no shoulder belts. My lap belt slingshotted me forward into the column. I smashed the big chrome horn right off the steering wheel into pieces with my face, knocking 9 1/2 of my teeth out and shattering my jaw so bad the rear of it was sticking out of my chin in pieces, and I split the back of my head open against the roof as the column pushed me instantly upward. They found me hanging by my lap belt out the door with my face in the gravel and blood, teeth, and bone fragments everywhere. All I remembered was the lights going out and thinking, 'this is it.' Car wrecks - don't like 'em. Sorry for the long-winded story, but it's true, and it's one I'll never forget.

Thanks for the comment Carlen.
I think the worst part of the whole ordeal is that i was without a car for a qhole month while i fought with insurance!

Thanks Joe!
Yeah after this accident, my driving style changed quite a bit.
One of the life lessons I have learned, to say the least!

Ouch! These things happen, interesting series, well presented, not bad for the camera used.

All the best,
Joe
