It must be an alien location, because I can't think of anyone on earth that would want to live there!
The effect was mostly done with a tool called 'digital flash' in HP Image Zone. I also warmed the colours with an '81a filter,' and I think I may have increased the saturation, but just a little.
Trust no-one.

Thanks for the critique, Michele. The over-exposure is a result of a bit of post work I did. I started out just trying to bring out more detail on the front of the vehicles, which were far too dark. That's when I noticed the 'alien' effect you mentioned, so I went a little further with it. I liked the effect, even if it certainly is not a very realistic looking image. J.

Nice image Jason !! It seems a little over-exposed but I like it this way... has a very different feel, alien... like where the heck are these two cars anyway ? Love the colors in the sun-set...and the melting snow and dirt have a good texture to them ! All around pleasant image to view :)
