Because you make pictures mostly of still scenes ? I would not go hunting a lot of insects, my preference is looking into the still microworld too .. Peter

Hello Peter,
If you want to take pictures of insects, maybe the 150 mm will do better (longer distance) but I think I would prefer the 100mm.

Wow, a shot made to perfection again Paul ..
I'm looking for a first macro-lens (till now i worked with an extension tube), would the Canon 100mm F2.8 do well, or is the Sigma 150mm a better choice ?
