I didn't get the couple with my camera because there were a crowd of people who was standing there to watch them!So I have seen them only with my eyes..that's the disadvantage for beeing small But the dance and the music was PERFECT!!!!!!! Hugss,Nicki

WOWWWWWWWWWWW...thank you so much for this HUGE tree my dear!!! I hope that I can see this tree one time in person!!It remembers me on Argentina,we saw there a tree who was looking the same as this one not so big and huge as this one but not small as well.And you know that they are dancing Tango a lot there.So they had a couple who was dancing a Tango under this tree,therefore I have this always on my mind!! I thank you very much to show me this old and huge tree Michele,wonderful captured and very interesting!! Much love back to you Nicki;)

Hi Bill , That is when I was there in Feb of last yr. The weather was perfect and so much to photograh-- as I am still posting images ..ha !! Just every now & then -hahaa!!

Thank You Paul for your kind support and comment and I agree as many people sit under this tree and it shades the sun by about 10 degrees ! Some of the brances have grown into theri own trees, and are all connected by these branches ...

Thank You my dear Nicki for the compliment & comment my dear ..This tree is very special and was brought over from India ...It was also used as sort of a prayer tree to wives that their husbands would be safe while gone for food ...there are many uses for this tree...check it out on the internet if you ever wonder as it is amazing, especially this one in Lahaina ..It was there over 30 yrs, ago when I lived there :))and long before that :))

Yes, these branches weave all wild and crazy here John--I've more images of this banyan tree to show it's size as it takes over an entire city block in town...actually 'ONE' connects to about 6-8 smaller ones making One huge single tree and there are benchs, etc. under it to sit...The trunk is strange I am adding an image for you to view..
