The view is beautiful and the air might have been a gresh breeze.....but, was your intention to show that the man had as companion just a streetlamp pole? If this is the case, then the shot is sad!The beauty and freshness of colours underline his loneliness!

I like the perspective in front of the man. This gives some feelings to your composition John. I would perhaps crop a little bit more on the right part to remove the small part of the boat.
