The header gives life to the matter here and makes the image sentimental. Also I like photographs taking the viewer to a quest. Where are the people? At least I was expecting to see one person walking around. Here, your success appears since you found the right time to pose such an image reflecting the loneliness of beach although it is full of equipment.. very well done..

I like the perspective too dear Marian!!!The tones are perfect and the composition are great as well.

My Dear Friend Marian!
Great perspective. Very Nice feeling of depth. That kind of scenes like yours reminds me autumn. I like so much sitting in the beach when the people left there. Freshness of night and loneliness and dreaming with the voice of waves.
For me your angle for this shot is very nice for well capturing of symetrie. Very well in B/W.

The viewpoint you chose resulted in the umbrellas almost becoming part of the mountains in the background - even lifting and holding them in mid-air! Lovely B&W Marian, a real pity about the large cloud that was over-exposed and which draws the eye away from the main subject. Otherwise a fine image. Regards.
