This shot attracted the most from what you have uploaded so far. I've taken some interest in B&W people photography recently and it's interesting to see how other photographers do these shots.
I like how you've captured these two ladies relaxing in what appears to be their favourite activity. Were they aware that you were taking their picture? You were in luck that they were dressed as they were - there's wonderful contrast between the black and the white dresses, while both stand out well against the grey wall.
I believe several things could be improved in this photo. First, it appears to be somewhat unsharp, try applying some unsharp mask in Photoshop. Second, I think the composition would call for more room above their heads, the crop is a bit too tight. Third, the woman on the right has her eyes closed - if you had waited for a moment when they were open, I think you would have had a better photograph. The cube in front of the woman's foot probably couldn't be helped.
