Chciało, chciało, przyjemność i satysfakcja... no i szybciej się wspina niż wjeżdża - kolejka do kolejki (sic!) to co najmniej 4 godziny.
Zjechaliśmy za to na dół ("zaledwie" godzina z hakiem stania), Omer nigdy nie był w tej kolejce, a i ja nie byłam wcześniej w tej nowej.

Yes, during ages the borderline was changing, in medieval times it was more on south, but usually, later, these mountains were like a natural borderline - they are too high and land is not straight enough for any castle there; there were castles in our lower mountain ranges but not in Tatra.

Dziękuję!!
W tym roku słyszałam, że na najwyższej partii Giewontu była kolejka 2 godziny stania, aby się dostać pod krzyż. Mnie szczerze mówiąc pod ten krzyż się tak nie spieszy, zwłaszcza że nie wiadomo kiedy burza przyjdzie...
Weszliśmy na Kasprowy, co zajmuje mniej czasu niż wjechanie tam (kolejka ze 4 godziny minimum na wjazd). Więc tak, depczą mocno, no ale my też trochę podeptaliśmy... Oby deptać nie w niszczycielski sposób

Very impressive and inviting but I'll bet it's not easy. Being on a border line I'm surprised I don't see any castles. Maybe that wasn't a border line back then (medieval ages).

This way till the other mountain pick is a bit lower than was my watching point, which was top of Kasprowy Wierch.. But still, I climbed that mountain and grass and tiny pine trees species, were almost till the end of my way!
This wide path is mountain path, the way which leads from Kasprowy Wierch to two other mountains without going down. It's still Polish part of Tatra.

Lucky Ania to have so high hills in Poland.
Great Title. Very interesting subject.
Interesting to have grass at 2000 m. Lot of other hills are just rocks at that level.
What is the reason of the wide path?
The boarder is it?
