I like it , i like it, i like it, but the hairs that are standing on end on the top of her head and sides are grabing my attention and not letting go.If u can clone the surrounding areas and u got yourself a winner pic...nice camera angle...

Nice pose and excellent background. I like the way it frames the head and forms a composition with the neckline of the dress.
I'd like to see a little more snap in the face--a little more contrast and sharper. Really, it would look better on Tri-X Pro in 6x7. If you shot it in color, maybe you can play with channels in Photoshop before desaturating, then curves, to get a nicer curve with a longer toe and better tonal separation in the middle and higher values.
