This photograph makes me smile - it is warm and humorous. I like the crop and I also like it not cropped. The cropped version makes this look so commercial. Too commercial. And I'm sure you're not selling Pepsi with this photo. Are you?

Hello everyone and thank you very much for your comments and suggestions!
I agree the top is distracting the eye and cropping the image works better in constraining the attention of the viewer in the center. (that bit of sky really bothers me)
However I feel some of the depth in the image is lost if I crop. I like the fact that they are sitting alone in open space and they're crammed in that bench like that. I had to sit on the bench across the street for quite a while to get a clear shot without any other people in my frame.

I really like this image. I couldn?t point out earlier how you could improve it but I mast say I agree with Maggie?s comment. A tighter cropping focuses the subject and simplifies the composition. Love the facial expressions, well captured!!!

Hi Alexander..I love this pic too and the expressions you caught on the ladies faces. Only thing I would do with this one is crop some of the top off. I find that my eye keeps going to the sky area at the top left and when that is cropped off it makes the image much stronger. Just MHO...*smile*...Maggie
