It's a good moment,but...I would like to change composition.
For amateur shot it's good,but if you want higher ratings you should try to be better.
Really bad image quality.Faces are unsharp.Also,you cut too much things here:in right top corner is a man,then man in left corner,girl's leg..
Maybe,better solution would be focus on the group than focus on the car.

NIce photojournalism shot... maybe the exposure is not the best IMHO... but the light wasn't easy... about composition... maybe the man in the right is a little distracting... maybe would be better with a little crop in the right... but it's just my opinion... Regards
