Scanned at 150dpi from a bordered 4 x 5 inch print with slight cropping, sharpening, and contrast adjustments, but no digital retouching. Note that this isn't a commercially available Minox film: I slit down 35mm film and loaded the Minox cassette myself in the darkroom. This 19th-century mansion is now part of the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers, NY. I like how the slight overexposure and visible grain give the image a sense of mystery or evil: to me, it looks like one of the establishing shots of Hill House in the original 1964 film "The Haunting"!
Thanks, Mark! I believe I did burn it in about as much as I could... What you're seeing here is a bit of the dreaded blocked-up highlights syndrome of TMX in D-76, magnified by the tiny Minox negative.
