About The Sea Dunes just outside of Leidschendam, Holland. Almost no touchup work in photo shop on this one, the sun was at a perfect angle to create good saturation from the polarizer.

Such great colour, such simple design. Another winning photograph.

Window XP. That is it Aaron, As I saw it, I asked myself, where I have seen a similar picture.

Aaron,
You are making a great entrance to Usefilm with two great images, this one is simple and vivid. Nice work.

Great shot! I like the simplicity of this composition. The diagonal working at its best here. The duality of textures in the grass and in the clouds add much visual interest. The colours are good and the shot is distraction free. Nice and sharp too. Good work.

Took this picture on a kind of busy trail, I had to hold everyone up a bit so I just adjusted the polarizer - and shot. Didn't have time to compose the image, or take multiple shots. I wish I did. As photographers we have to be kind of bold and not be afraid to annoy some people to get a shot. I have missed too many good shots because I didn?t want to annoy someone that I didn?t even know.

I actually cropped only the bottom eighth of the picture off. There was only sand down there, nothing real interesting. Shooting more to the left would mean getting the trail and all those people in it.

Hmmmm, the more I look at it, the more I like the sliver of ocean. Plus, cropping it out would cut out a bit too much of that cloud action. How did it look with more of the ocean??

I did crop this image already (I took some of the beach off the bottom) but I didn't even think about the ocean in the far left. Perhaps I should crop it again.

I called it "Bliss 2" because of the similarity to the windows xp background image "Bliss"

This is my kind of shot...beautiful colors, yet simple. I have always loved having the high cirrus clouds around. I would however, like to see either more ocean in the corner, or no ocean at all. Great shot.
