Welcome to usefilm! I joined last month: you'll find it's a friendly place. This is a very impressive first photograph, I'm going to make you a usefilm "friend" so that I am informed of all your future uploads... This is a extremely fine portrait. The attractive character of your subject comes shining through, the contrast is rather strong (but this is good, strengthening the impact), and the range of tones from jet black to pure white is beautiful. Did you choose T-Max P3200 for the grain? If so, you are a master of that difficult film. The grain is perfect, just enough to give a definite texture but not enough to become intrusive. This photo is also joining my "favourites."
