Excelent!!!
So beautiful color and composition!
Even small blur work here good - birds look flying -soft, and moving the same time.
They necks look round, I am not sure then sharpen will be better.

Absolutely wonderful!! Color with the Provia is extremely pleasing.

And yes, I can imagine that there'd be some blur with the 300mm at 1/250, but you've done extremely well to nail this beautiful shot.
