I have just had a pleasant time looking at all your flowers. They are very well captured. I enjoyed reading that these are just from your camera. Being new to pictures, good examples of what I can perhaps get right from my camera are great to see. My husband would be jealous that you have orchids near our house. He has 2 inside that he pampers, but they will not rebloom for him. Mary -

This is so beautiful. :)
You have an amazing collection of flower shots in your portfolio. I keep reading comments about "motion blur", but I don't think that's the case. The originals are probably lovely. Any time you resize a photo to make it smaller, the image becomes "soft", and you have to use unsharp mask to regain the sharpness of the original.
Keep up the good work!

Hi Bruce Incredible! Orchids like this are growing next to your driveway??? In Switzerland you have to be really lucky to find botanic orchids like a Epipactis. I like your background. It fits perfect to this orchid. Very good arrangement of flower/background. The picture is a bit small and it seems to me like a bit blurred. I always have problems to get sharp pictures. My camera is not able to take pictures when objects move just a little bit like leaves or flowers in the wind or walking people or running animals. Maybe you got the same problem? Anyway, very well done. Great to see botanic orchids. Best regards, Brigitte
