Roger,
I saw this just in time and grabbed my own caffeine shot. The picture reminds me of dingy bars in long forgotten countries. The reflection in the spoon and the spilled coffee add just the right tough of life. Great pic.
How big are my books? Literally...about 300 pages, in terms of succes..the last one practically sold out in two months time. I am working on three new books now and I am booked solid for the next year. The subjects vary... I am working on a book about photography and digital imaging for 9-13 year olds, a book about retouche only and a book about the new Photoshop CS.

I am a self professing addict that has been dreaming up ideas for a photo series - I LOVE what you have done with this shot. You've given me a few ideas to work on. Are shots like this done on location or is this set up in your studio?
Excellent lighting, surpurb color. Is the graffiti on the table a subliminal message to all of us? In this image, I agree with you...YOU RULE!
