Yeah, about what Jim asked. Were filters used? Early morning or late evening? It almost has a moonglow.
I really like this photo. The bold rocks peeking through the "foggy" waterflow is very pleasing. That combined with the blue tone is choice!

I really like this, so I have a question rather than a comment. How did you get the blue tone in the shot, was it done in PS, or was it natural light?
