It isn't the fall that gets you, it's the sudden stop. A great capture. If and when you retire you will find that photography will keep you very busy. It is an outstanding hobby. You can tell it's a Leica image. Don.

Very cool shot, John, The person in the orange shirt adds a very nice element to the scene, and provides an excellent perception of the hight, I think Nietzsche would agree. Amazing scenerey, with the soft lighting as a beautiful finishing touch.
The pose of the person, edging foreward very carefully not only places the magnetude into perspective, but also tells the perceived story of the hight. Very well captured.
