well, you really got it - colour saturation is great! i also strongly agree on your "underexp approach": in such conditions what you really want to void is getting a flat image which is the really hard to post process and print.

NIce saturaton of the colours and good contrast José. The contrast is especially appealing to me. It makes it look a bit rough which suit the subject.
