....and another year soon passed away, time goes fast. Excellent leaf and i like the fact that you have this white surrounding and no frame. The leaf is floating....

very focussed, but also very effective. not sure about the framing here. the leaf would probably be limited by a frame. nice colors.

I like it with no frame, it looks like the leaf is right on my monitor. Also, it kind of reminds me of the Canadian flag. Nice work Lucy. :)

Paintshop/pro has an option in the image menu,Gimp a macro. In photoshop I'm not sure, but you can always add two pixels with the ressize canvas option and then flatten the photo.

thanks gerhard. that's actually a good point and one i noticed when i posted it. i don't know how to do a frame - another thing i will eventually figure out!

Hee.. that comment I made too..;-) Scary.. Nevertheless, a nice shot. Personally I would like a frame as now it lacks composition as such. But it's a nice colored leaf for sure..
